What's the difference between SnowFox V2 and SnowFox Pro?

SnowFox V2 was designed to be the best VR pistol in the market from best-in-class aim accuracy, weight balance, SLS(Slide Lock Security) system and deep immersion features such as the slide lock and textured trigger system(optional and swappable).

SnowFox Pro builds on top of that and expanded immersive features with one-of-a-kind weight customization using local currency that allows gamers to personlize the balance and feel based on their own preference. We also increased the weight to create a more immersive feel.

What's the difference between ProGrip and ProSwing?

They're not one better than the other but different in their own ways! The main difference is between the shaft and the grip; ProGrip sports a metal core for stiffer and weighted swing(best for minigolf), while the ProSwing has a composite yet longer shaft for more flex and fast swing speed.

Does SnowFox ProSlide attachment work on SnowFox V2?

It sure does. The ProSlide add-on works with any previous generation of SnowFox Grip (V1 and V2)

Are you working new designs on non-Oculus platforms?

They're being considered but our main focus for this year is on Oculus platform. Please consider signing up the newsletter for future update! :)

Can I still access the buttons and joystick with the SnowFox VR pistol attachments on?

Yes you can. This was designed with full accessibility in mind. This was tested and allowed for full range of motion and buttons accessibility without removing any pieces.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Best Practices

What kind of maintenance do I need to perform?

No maintenance, but it does help to clean with microfiber cloth or compressed air occasionally to prevent dust and other particles from getting stuck within certain mechanism, which can prevent it from working properly.

How do I properly clean the product?

1. Use a microfiber cloth to wipe the product. (mildly damp)

2. Dry the product using another cloth.

SHIPPING

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
